I was offered a room with awesome views of the bay and ocean. The service was exceptional and the pool was nice.

It has respectful staff members from valet to cleaning to waiters to desk clerks...

Huge, beautifully maintained rooms with private balcony.

The bungalow room had a bedroom and kitchen, perfect for relaxation. Friendly maid staff. Strongly recommend the spa and reflexology. Courteous and helpful staff, who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Great service at the Blue Room and Lucca. Would definitely return.

An outstanding place. 5 star service by the entire staff. Everything you need under one roof. Stay there any time. A destination place if ever there was one.

Exorbitant prices at the gift shop and salon. Ordered omelet during buffet, which never arrived.

Food was very disappointing. Sushi bar was good but other areas were very poor. Some spa facilities were closed which I was not told about when I booked my treatment. Room had very small window of which a palm tree completely blocked leaving me with no natural light in the room.

During my recent stay at Boca Raton Resort And Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, I had the pleasure of staying in the Yacht Club. The concierge assured me it was the best part of the resort, and he was absolutely right! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind.

Did not like the fact that our alarm clock was set to go off at 6 am every morning that we were there.... we couldn't get it to go off

The grassy location where the room was situated in the Yacht Club were calm and tranquil, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The Suite in the tower had exceptional decor and great amenities, with large windows. The resort had amazing facilities; exceptional restaurants and a beautifully maintained beach.

Check-in was disorganized and confusing, taking a long time to get settled in the room.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a decent size for a relaxing stay. The beach club was the highlight of our trip, with amazing beach views that made it hard to leave. The beach staff were extremely helpful, particularly a young man named Will who quickly set us up with umbrellas and found us a great spot. The authentic and friendly service from the staff enhanced our overall experience.

The prices at the resort were quite high. The desk staff was not very friendly, and there were issues with the valet parking being overly expensive.

The vegan and vegetarian options at this resort were a pleasant surprise. The restaurants offered a variety of plant-based dishes that were both delicious and satisfying. The staff was knowledgeable about dietary restrictions and made accommodations when necessary. It was refreshing to have so many options to choose from and not feel limited as a vegetarian. The resort also had a convenient shuttle service to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the oceanfront while staying at the resort.

The fitness center at the resort could use some improvement. The equipment was outdated and in need of repair.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of a private balcony or terrace overlooking an interior garden. The location right on the beach was fantastic, and we enjoyed taking advantage of the shuttle bus and boat services to explore the area. The breakfast included in our stay had a wide variety of food options, ensuring there was something for everyone.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic.

The staff went above and beyond, providing 5-star customer service that made me feel like royalty.

The staff were fantastic! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary chocolates in our room upon arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Lastly, we enjoyed the delicious food from the on-site restaurant.

The prices were quite expensive, especially for drinks and snacks. the room was a bit old-fashioned and could use an update.
